How will I know when applications open?
Either we will send out an email to our trader pool with a link to the application form or we will directly message specific traders who we feel would fit the event and invite them to trade (this is normally for smaller scale events).
What is the “Trader Pool” ?
It’s a mailing list we have made by collecting the details of traders we feel would fit well on our events.
How do I get into the “Trader Pool” ?
We are currently at full capacity for traders, but when we open for new intakes we will make an announcement on social media. You can then log your details and we will add you to the pool if we feel that you will be a good fit.
What are we looking for in Traders?
We select our traders to create a unique, gothic and alternative shopping experience. It’s important that your products are well made / sourced ethically and displayed well. We also can’t express enough how important a variety of stalls is, this to keep our events interesting and diverse. We take good manners very seriously, and so all our traders need to be willing to be part of the community and support each other. We will not tolerate any rudeness or unpleasentness from anyone. The whole concept of what we do is to create a safe and friendly space for all, including our trader family.
I’m a brand new trader, will you still accept me?
We have supported a lot of new traders and helped them get going with advice and support. We understand what it’s like, as we are traders ourselves, and were brand new too once to doing markets. If the trader pool is open, please apply if you feel that your products will fit the vibe.
